| Customer Reviews: Good for starters October 15, 2009 Maria Krisa (Long Island, NY) I bought this a sports athority and it is an ok gun good range. gets backed up alot but u can just restrt it. when you take out the clip 2 bb's fall out. but over all it is an okay gun.
Great First Gun... February 26, 2009 Peter Hendrickson (Issaquah, WA USA) I bought the black version at my local sports Authority. At first I was very impressed (it was my first gun, so I was really excited). About a week into using it, the semi/full auto selector switch stopped working, now it could only shoot full auto. I started just using the bolt-action feature on the gun, and was satisfied. It shoots great on bolt-action, i even attatched a scope. I was able to hit a person at just under 100 ft. (remember, this was my first airsoft gun, so 100ft seemed like a long ways). I have had it for about 6 months now, and it has served me well. About a week ago, however, It officially died. Now I just use it to scare my friend because it sounds almost exactly like a real gun, just a little quieter!
Good=Bad January 30, 2009 S. Brown (Fort Collins, Colorado United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I loved this gun. Notice I say loved. This was my first airsoft gun and it was the best one I've ever owned so far.
Pros: holds 2 clips, acuracy, and the way the clip was desinged.
Cons: plastic gear cogs, silencer doesnt silence of course, hop-up sight isn't accurate, eats batteries like a cookie monster.
I would recomened this gun for starters. Once you have started this sport, look at an ak-47 (high quality, non of the below 100 BS), or an SM8 Auto Electric Power Airsoft Gun Rifle (Dark grey, way better quality than the rest of them). I also NEVER, NEVER, NEVER recomened uying anything from airsplat.com! Why, horrible quality.
