| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The hottest deal of the summer can now be yours! This lightweight single shot air rifle is equipped with removable scope with fixed reticle and adjustable elevation sight. For those covert ops missions you can use the removable adjustable bipod. Clip holds 20 rounds of 6 mm bullets. Not too heavy and easy to operate but, this is not a toy! Disclaimer: Federal law requires orange tips. Do not remove the orange tip found on your airsoft gun.
Amazon.com Product Description A 1:1 scale replica of a genuine rifle, this air spring rifle is remarkably authentic. The rifle fires round 6mm plastic pellets known as BBs, which are propelled out of the gun through a spring-powered mechanism. The advantage of the airsoft rifle, however, is that players can safely train, simulate, or play with the gun without fearing serious injury. The rifle looks, feels, weighs, and functions just like a real firearm, but is built for casual recreation rather than weaponized use. In fact, the only way you can typically tell a real-steel firearm from an airsoft rifle is the blazing orange tip and the BBs that fire when you pull the trigger. The air spring rifle offers such features as a single-shot design, a removable scope with a fixed reticle, an adjustable elevation sight, a removable bipod, and a 20-round clip. The Appeal of Airsoft Guns Due to the law and the cost, people cannot always own their dream guns. Airsoft, however, provides you with a realistic replica, allowing you to own a shooting (albeit nonlethal) version of that weapon. In fact, many of the weapons you often see in movies and TV shows are airsoft guns, thanks to the relatively cheap price tags and precise realism. The directors simply digitally alter the images to incorporate the muzzle flash, sound, and effects to mimic the real firearms. Generally speaking, most of the popular real-steel firearms have an airsoft counterpart, including the Heckler & Koch MP5 series, the venerable Heckler & Koch G3 battle rifle series, Colt M16s, Steyr AUGs, SIG 550s, FAMAs, AK-47s, M60 machine guns, IMI Uzi and Ingram sub-machine guns, famed pistols like Barettas, Colts, SIGs, and Glocks, Benelli M2 and Remington 870 shotguns, and sniping rifles like the PSG-1, M40A1, and Blaser 93R. Even Hollywood guns like the RoboCop pistol and the M134 Vulcan--a six-barrel Gatling gun made famous by the Predator and Terminator movies--have airsoft counterparts. The ability to own and play with your dream guns is appealing enough to many enthusiasts. The added advantage of taking these guns to a local playing field and "shooting" your best friends in a friendly competition is a hands-down selling point. There are countless clubs, teams, and organizations devoted to the sport of "waging war" with airsoft guns, known throughout the world as skirmishing. In essence, airsoft role-playing allows people to fulfill their fantasies, which (due to physical disabilities or circumstances) they never got the chance to do themselves. These people may be bankers, insurance brokers, secretaries, students, or computer programmers by profession, but for one day a week they can be Green Berets, assassins, SWAT members, Navy SEALs, or whatever else.

A Weapon For Modding. August 28, 2010 Candon Scope, I'd say is just for design or simply control your sight to prevent distractions. Its OK accurate. Like any weapon, you gotta get your aim right. Especially with a sniper type gun. Although its an overall OK gun, I must admit, modding this gun is a never ending process for me. Ive had it for a year now. It comes with a Bi-pod, Barrel, Scope, Clip and the stock. On mine, I have a grip, actual rail space on the top, a scope held profiles, a shorter barrel for more tactical play, and my longer barrel has a pocket, and inside of it, there is my ghillie cover up for my gun. This is an easy gun for modding. Ive had my fun with this gun. I can honestly say, I still am. All my friends want me to sell it to them.
air spring rifle August 21, 2010 ladybug I bought the air spring rifle for my son.It was crap the plastic was very thin and broke within hours of recieving it
A good gun August 13, 2010 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The gun is a good gun. The scope makes the gun shoot low but it's good for looks. The strap is OK. The bipod works well. I got mine today and it has not jammed yet and this is my first air soft gun. I recomend it to people who have little or no expierience with airsoft.
sucks August 13, 2010 its a piece of crap the clip broke when i put it down when i put the clip in the gun the clip holder broke i say its a piece of crap
