I recieved the bipod this morning to mount on a GSG-5. I've had many bipods for many calibers of weapon, and this one just isn't all that impressive.
First of all, the mount is quite bulky (the picture doesn't really do justice). If you loosen the hex you can make the bipod swivel - not that I have a reason to do so.
Secondly, the legs of the bipod only extend 3 inches, which doesn't make a difference what-so-ever.
The only part of the bipod I truely like (which is very common on most) is the round knobs that allow the legs to lock into place.
Again, the bipod does it's job, but the extendable legs don't extend far enough to make it a "feature of the product", and the mount is bulky. I'm sure there are better functioning bipods for the price.
