The PBA is only 5.4 grains. It will give you velocity (it's a lot lighter than the normal .177 pellets, between 7.0-7.9 grains.) So it comes down to what do you want to do. Faster doesn't necessarily mean power on impact. My opinion is a waste of money to pay this much for 100 for target or plinking.
