Great fun for the day it lasted. BB's spill into the internals and jam up the works.
Reading other sites, this is a known issue with the Steel Storm.
Umarex offers a 90 day warranty, I opened my up to clear out the mess..which also voids the warranty.
But when asked, Umarex offered up this response:

It could be fun item- if Umarex planned to fix their defects, or back their warranty...

This airgun is a blast! It is eager to fire away and, in a nice surprise, actually seems happier in full automatic mode than in single shot. Accuracy is good in both modes - far better than I was expecting - and the six-round automatic setting will give a decent pattern - not the "BBs all over the place" you'd think.
Construction quality is excellent and the appearance is great - a neat trick when working in plastic.
Operation is economical, with well over 200 rounds out of each set of 12g cartridges. Cartridge loading is efficient, with no loss of CO2.
You really will need a red dot as the sights built into the gun are not much help but the built-in rails make that easy.
Excellent value for the money.
