This is all metal, it is rugged and perfect with a rail on top for optics, top rail not included, but the hole is to mount it ;)

after reading reviews on all carry handles i narrowed it down to this one. fits like a glove on my dpms. its sturdy. it works. has a good finish. my buddy has a colt ar with a carry handle and honestly i can't tell the diff between either of them. i would definitely buy this again if i had to. the only downside i think this handle has is that many people complain about the height adjustment on the sight. i was scared to touch it so i just adjusted the front sight post instead. no big deal to me. me likey.

I needed a carry handle/rear sight for an AR build project. I checked out several makes with prices ranging from $20 to $150. Since this was my first build I'm still in the learning curve on the price / quality ratio. I chose this UTG handle because quite a few of the reviews gave it good marks but I was hesitant because several said the rear sight elevation knob would not function. Well, I recieved mine, it looked great and mounted without issue... Then I tried to adjust the elevation knob -- it was like it had been tack welded! It would not budge even using padded pliers. No matter how good it looks, if it doesn't work it can't be used. I returned it and eventully bought a more expensive carry handle / sight and it looks and works flawlessly. My advice is to pass on this item, you may luck out and get one that works but the UTG QC is definitely inconsistant. On a separate note; the return process with Amazon was smooth and they quickly resolved the matter with a credit issued to me.

I was looking for a carry handle for my DPMS AR-15. I quickly realized that these were very expensive. I've seen some for over $130. I was hoping to find something much cheaper when I came across this. I ordered it and have been pleased with it's cost/quality ratio. It's not the best I've seen but certainly is a good deal and of decent enough quality to belong on my rifle.

Purchased this carry handle for my S&W M&P 15-22. Looks great and gives that true AR look to the rifle. Excellent price and constructed of metal. Rear sights in handle function perfectly same as original sights that came with rifle. Could not be happier with my choice. Highly recommend.
