 Truely surprising value for money! January 10, 2008

My expectations were rock bottom for a $20 air pistol, but this little gem pleasantly surprised me. Construction was almost entirely of machined steel and functionally designed. The balance is so-so, but you can get used to it. Initially the barrel was not fully in-line with the receiver, but a quick trim of the breechface seal with a sharp knife cured the problem. Cocking effort and vibration are both significant-but-managable.
If my example was at all typical, then this air pistol is an absolute steal at the current price. Get one while you can!
With a couple of minor changes/improvements, the distributor could probably upgrade the basic design into a slightly pricer gallery pistol or even a compact hunting carbine.
