It's cheap plastic, but consider that it IS a cheap product. It is pretty solid in its performance. I'd buy one if I didn't have one. Maybe a spare. They are cheap enough to consider getting a spare in case one breaks.

"A bit smaller than I had pictured.. but seeing as how it's my first speed loader - that's not saying much. It works great! I can fill up a mag of 45 in 10 seconds or less, if that! It's tricky to get it open, as it does feel cheap. Results can not be argued with though, it's a must! Fast shipping! It arrived 4 days ahead of the set time - even came with a pinnaple gummy haha!"

speed loaders are very useful for only certain guns. i would not reccomend it for pistols, or guns with a large mag cap, due to the fact, for pistols, that it is usualy very easy to load it. for guns with large mag caps, that should be obvious, because they allow you to pour bullets directly to the mag, and then all you have to do is turn the crank that re-turns the spring. i would reccomen this for guns with low mag caps, because for some reason, industrys keep making guns that are near impossible to load with your fingers. i find this product pretty useful. btw, this is not suzie, its her 14 year old son.

How much is too much body fat?
It is generally accepted that men should have less than 18% total body fat and women 23% or less, However, experts suggest that an excess is not particularly hazardous to health until an individual accumulates 35% and 40% total body fat respectively. Such levels definitely constitute obesity and potentially, if not most probably, have a detrimental effect on one's health. Body fat percentage can be determined using a pair of callipers.
So what is percent body fat?
Percent body fat is the percentage of the total body that is fat. Thus someone who weighs 150 pounds and is 10% fat has 15 pounds of fatty tissue and 135 pounds of other, so called lean tissue.
